Educational Qualification:

Essential: 
3 years graduate degree in Social work/Medical Sociology/Psychology with three years experience in the relevant community based service in Palliative Care.
OR
Master's Degree in Social Work .

Desirable:

• Preferably working in the field of Palliative Care.
• Knowledge of computer applications.

Age limit: Below 35 years.
Consolidated Pay: 17000 PM.
