About Chief Minister Special Scholarship

Chief Minister’s special scholarship scheme was started by the Assam Government in 2012. In this scholarship scheme, the Directorate of Elementary Education, Assam holds a competitive exam for students of class 5th and 8th in every academic year and will be rewarded for successful students. 

Scheme Award Details: 

The Certificates of appreciation and the Fixed deposit receipt for Rs.5,000/- will be given to all the successful candidates.
