Vacancy details for DC Office, West Karbi Anglong Recruitment 2019

Age limit: 
Minimum 18 years or maximum 43 years of age on 1st January 2019. The upper age is relaxable as per Govt Norms for S.C, S.T.& OBC candidates.

Educational Qualification: 

• HSLC Examination passed or equivalent from a Govt. recognized Board/Council
• Must possess a Light Motor Vehicle Driving License issued by the Competent Authority.
• Minimum 1 (one) year driving experience.

Required Criteria:

• Sound health, both mental and physical and be free from organic defect or bodily infirmity likely to interfere with the efficient performance of his duties.
• Required to undergo medical examination before appointment to the service.

Pay: 14000 to 49000/- PM Grade Pay - 5600

Selection Process: 
The written examination will be held comprising the following subject - 

• Written Test of 40 marks will be held for the post of Drivers to test the candidate's knowledge of driving road signals, knowledge of MV Act. knowledge of simple English.

• Driving Test for 30 marks will be conducted to test the candidate's skills of driving. maintenance and motor mechanics.

The application must be accompanied by the followings:

• Copies of HSLC, Admit Card, Pass certificate, Marksheet, along with age proof. caste certificate (if applicable) and valid employment exchange Registration Card.
• Three copies of self-attested recent passport size color photographs.
• Two Nos. self-addressed envelope (size 22x10 cm) affixing a postal stamp of Rs 5.00 only.
• Candidates must register their names in the Employment Exchange and submit a copy of the Registration Card with the application.

Important dates:

• The last date of receipt of application is 17-10-2019. 
• The Written Test will be held on 27-10-2019.

Admit Card :
If any eligible candidate does not receive the call letter before 24.10.2019 through Postal Department, he/she shall collect his call letter from the Personnel Branch, Office of the Deputy Commissioner. West Karbi Anglong on 25.10.2019. No admission to any written test/ Interviews shall be permitted without the production of call letter pasted with an attested photograph of the applicant.
