Education Qualification & Experience: 
M.Sc. (N) With 8 years of experience including 5 years of teaching experience, Ph.D.(N) desirable.

Consolidated pay: Rs. 39,800/- P. M.(inclusive Of Conveyance & Uniform Allowance)

2. Assistant Professor
No. of posts: 02


Education Qualification & Experience: 
M.Sc. (N) With 3 years of teaching experience. Ph.D.(N) desirable

Consolidated pay: Rs, 39.300/- of Conveyance & Uniform Allowance)

3. Tutor

No of posts: 06

Education Qualification & Experience: 
M.Sc.(N) Or B.Sc (N)/Post Basic (P.B.) B.Sc. Nursing  with 1-year experience

Consolidated pay: Rs. 33,500/- p. M. (Inclusive of Conveyance & Uniform Allowance)

Other Criteria:
  • The cut-off date for qualification and experience shall be 31/10/2019
  • The above vacancies are provisional and subject to variation at the discretion of Management- The Tutors may be entrusted with the additional responsibility of Hostel Warden’s duty for which they will be paid additional remuneration of Rs. 3000/- (three thousand only) per month
  • Candidates for the post of Associate Professor & Assistant Professor shall be assessed and selected based on Qualification. Experience. Professional knowledge & Administrative Skills.
  • Candidates for the post of Tutor shall be assessed and selected based on Qualification, Experience, classroom Teaching Technique, Personal Interaction & Writing Skills.

Experience certificate etc and a recent passport size photograph.   • Nursing faculty for all positions must possess a basic university or equivalent qualification as per Indian Nursing Council norms. The requisite qualification should be from a Govt. recognized university/institute. The candidates shall be registered under the State Nursing Council.
  • The management of IOCL (AOD) reserves the right of any amendment, cancellation, and changes to this advertisement as a whole or in part without giving any reason or notice.
  • The above positions are purely on contractual basis and do not entitle the candidates to any allowances/facilities, being extended to the regular/pĂ©rmanant employees of the Corporation.
  • No TADA shall be paid to the candidates for appearing in the interview
  • In case any information given or declared by the candidate is found to be false after engagement Or if the candidate has suppressed any material information/fact relevant to this engagement, the selected candidate will be liable to be terminated from the engagement and action will be taken as deemed fit by the management.
  • The contractual engagement will be for a period of 3 (three) years which may be extended or reduced depending upon the performance of the candidate and discretion of Management.
