The Assam Gas Company Limited, an ISO 9001-2008 Company and a pioneer Public Sector undertaking is looking for suitable fresh and experienced candidates for the following posts in the Executive & Staff cadre.
1) Chartered Accountant (Officer to Chief Manager Level)
2) Assistant Manager (HR&A)
3) Assistant Manager (Legal)
4) Sr. Manager (Marketing)
5) Mandal/ Jr.Div. Assistant (Land)
Corrigendum Notice:
In Partial modification to the vacancy notification no. REC/AGCL/HR&A/2019/51&52 dated 24/10/2019 , candidates possessing the following qualifications may also apply for the post of Officer(F&A), Assistant Manager(F&A) and Sr. Manager /Chief Manager(F&A).
i) Cost and Management Accountant from the Institute Of Cost Accountants Of Indiaii) Full time MBA (Finance) having graduation in commerce (B.Com) with Major/Honors inAccountancy

1. Officer (F&A)
No of posts: 1
Age: 30 Years
Educational Qualification & Experience: Chartered Accountant.
2. Assistant Manager (F&A)
No of posts: 1
Age: 35 Years
Educational Qualification & Experience:
Chartered Accountant. Minimum 5(five) years of post-qualification work experience in the relevant field of Finance & Accounts in a reputed company.
3. Sr. Manager /Chief Manager (F&A)
No of posts: 1
Age: 50 Years.
Educational Qualification & Experience: Chartered Accountant. Minimum 15(Fifteen) / 20 (Twenty) years of post qualification work experience in handling Finance & Accounts related matters , either independently or in a reputed company.
4. Assistant Manager (HR&A)
No of posts: 2
Age: 35 Years
Educational Qualification & Experience:
Full-time MBA (in HR/ Personnel Management) or Equivalent from an AICTE approved Institute. Minimum 5(five) years of post-qualification work experience in the relevant field of Human Resource & Administration in a reputed company.
5. Assistant Manager (Legal)
No of posts: 1
Age: 35 Years
Educational Qualification & Experience:
Graduate in any discipline and LLB from a Govt. recognized institute. Minimum 5(five) years of post qualification experience in handling land settlement matters & corporate legal issues in a reputed company or, a Practicing Lawyer in the above field.
6. Sr. Manager (Marketing )
No of posts: 2
Age: 45 Years
Educational Qualification & Experience:
Full-time MBA (in Marketing Management) or Equivalent from an AICTE approved Institute. Minimum 15(fifteen) years of post-qualification work experience in the field of retail Petroleum/ Hydrocarbon Marketing in a reputed company.
7. Mandal / Jr. Div. Assistant (Land)
No of posts: 2
Age: 38 years
Educational Qualification & Experience: HSLC passed along with 6 months Recorders Certificate Course class training from Assam survey & settlement Training centre, Guwahati. Candidates having one year of minimum experience in the relevant field will get preference.
