Director Secondary Education Assam Scholarship Notice 2019 Published on 29-08-2019 for the Students like Last year. Pre-Matric and Post Matric Scholarship to the meritorious Differently Abled Students (PH) of Govt and Provincialised Schools studying in classes IX-X(Pre-Matric) @Rs400 (Four hundred) only per month and Class XI-XII (Post-Matric) @Rs. 500 (Five Hundred) only per month during the Academic Session 2018-19 under the scheme of Assam Bikash Yojana. Application Form should collect from the concerned Inspector of Schools of the concerned districts.

Secondary Education Assam Scholarship Notice 2019

It is for general information that the Government of Assam like last year has decided to continue the Pre-Matric and Post-Matric Scholarship to the meritorious Differently-Abled students (PH) of  Government & Provincialised schools studying in Classes IX-X (Pre-Matric) @ Rs.400/- (Four hundred) only per month and Class XI-XII (Post-Matric) @ Rs.500/-(Five hundred) only per month during the academic session 2018-19 under the scheme of “Assam Bikash Yojana”.

 Amount of Scholarship: The Pre-matric students will get Rs 400/- per month, and the Post-matric students will get Rs 500/- per month during the academic session 2018-2019 under the scheme of Assam Bikash Yojana.

 Eligibility Criteria :

 Differently Abled Students (PH) of Govt and Provincialised Schools studying in classes IX-X and Class XI-XII during the academic session 2019-20 in Government/provincialized schools of Assam can apply for the Scholarship.

 Application Form : 

  • The applicant/ candidate should collect the Application Form from the inspector of schools of the concerned districts.



What are the documents required to be submitted for Scholarship Award 2019?


  • It is mandatory to furnish a copy of the first page of Bank Pass Book of the student with the Application Form (any nationalized bank, preferably SBI


  • The students must submit their Certificate of Differently Abled(Physically Handicapped) and a recent Fullsize photograph with the application form at their respective schools.

How to apply for the Scholarship Award for "Differently Abled" Students?



  • Candidate must submit their details before 30-09-2010 to the respected Inspector of their school through their Headmaster/Principal.


  • The Head Master/Principal.of the concerned school should verify the Application  Form & should submit the same to the concerned inspector of schools within 11-10-2019


  • The Concerned Inspector of schools has to countersign the application form after proper scrutiny.
  • The Inspector of schools will check and verify the details and submit the applications to Examination & Training (ET) Branch of Director of Secondary Education, Assam, Kahilipara, Guwahati-19 before 25-10-2019.

Timeline:
  • The last date of submission of the Application Form at school is 30/09/2019.
  • The Principal/Headmaster/Superintendent of the concerned school should verify the Application Form and submit the same to the concerned Inspector of Schools, within 11/10/2019.
  • The concerned Inspector of Schools has to countersign the Application Form after proper scrutiny. 
  • The concerned Inspector of Schools has to collect the Application Forms and sent it to Examination & Training (ET) Branch of the Directorate of Secondary Education Assam, Kahilipara, Guwahati–781019 on or before 25/10/2019.
