SCERT Order about DElEd ODL Admission
SCERT Assam Published an Order on 26-09-2019 about SCERT DElEd ODL Admission that NCTE not extended 2-year D.El.Ed course through ODL mode after the 2017-2019 session. So there is no any SCERT ODL DElEd Admission as on date. So the Principals of DIET's, Normal School, BTC and the Private T.EIs affiliated to SCERT Assam not admit any Student in SCERT ODL DElEd course by showing Backdate of Admission. Principals defying the order will face serious consequences.

SCERT, Assam has been continuously involved in the improvement of quality school education and teacher education of the state since its inception. SCERT Assam is conducting 2 - years D.El.Ed. course through Regular/Face to Face mode and ODL mode to make teachers professionally competent and bringing quality in education.
SCERT, Assam conducting D.El. Ed course in ODL mode from the session 2017-18. SCERT, Assam has been assigned the task to prepare professionally qualified teachers as mandated by the RTE Act to accomplish UEE by implementing a Diploma in Elementary Education(D.El.Ed) through Open and Distance Learning(ODL) mode in partnership with UNICEF Assam.

Who Can take Admission in SCERT ODL D.El.Ed.?
= In-Service Teacher who is working in any Govt. or Private School.
Who Can appear in Assam TET or any TET Exam by SCERT ODL D.El.Ed?
= The candidate who has already completed their DElEd Course/waiting for result or appeared in examination by SCERT ODL D.ElEd they can appear in the Assam TET examination. But the Candidate should take admission in ODL D.El.Ed. course in the Session 2017-19.

Sir take admission 17-19 batch but I can't attend the1st year exam Now those of 17-19 Bech who had not given the exam for the first year what will happenfor those..can scert will conduct repeat examination
