Instructions for Admit Card

Please go through the instructions to download your Admit Card.

• Click the appropriate link given below to find your Application number and Date of Birth in the List of Candidates who are eligible to appear in the written test for different posts (Peon/Night Chowkidar/Darkroom Attendant/Ward Boy/Ward Girl) under the establishment of Directorate of Health Services, Assam.

• On clicking the appropriate link, i.e. as per the starting letter of your name; for example, if your name is Bidyut Bora, click on the link for Candidate List name starting with Letter B, or if your name is Yasmin Ahmed, click on the link for Candidate List name starting with Letter T to Z, a pdf file will open. Download it and search your name by pressing Ctrl+F and typing your name.

• There may be several candidates with the same name. So, confirm your name by matching your Father`s Name, Mother`s Name and Date of Birth.

• Note down the application number and your DOB as appears in the list. Click the `Next` button to go into the login page. Log in by typing the Application No. and DOB and download your admit card.

• Print the admit card as it is mandatory to enter into the examination hall.

• Further instruction is available in the admit card. Please read it carefully.
