1. Registrar
No. of Post: 01

Classification: Group – A

Pay: 7th CPC Pay Matrix: Pay Matrix Level -14

Age limit: Not more than 57 years

Education Qualification

  • Post Graduate Degree with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade of ‘B’ in the UGC 7 point scale.
  •  15 years of experience as Assistant Professor in the Academic Level 11 and above or with 8 years of service in the Academic Level 12 and above including as Associate Professor along with experience in educational administration.

OR

  • Comparable experience in research establishment and/ or other institutions of higher education.

OR

  • At least 15 years of administrative experience of which at least 8 years was as a Deputy Registrar or an equivalent post. (Level 12 /13 of pay matrix as per 7th CPC)


Desirable: 
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Universities and centrally funded educational/ research institutes and having knowledge of financial management, human resource management, materials management, resource mobilization and other related matters connected with general administration.

2. Deputy Registrar
No. of Post: 3

Age Limit: 50 years with relaxation as per Rules for SC, ST, OBC and PWD

Category: UR -2 & OBC -1

Classification: Group – A

Pay: 7th CPC Pay Matrix: Pay Matrix Level -12

Education qualifications:


  • Master’s Degree with at least 55% of the marks, or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed.
  • Nine years of experience as Assistant Professor in the Academic Level 10 and above with experience in educational administration, or
  • Comparable experience in research establishment and/ or other institutions of higher education, or 5 years of administrative experience as Assistant Registrar or in an equivalent post.


Desirable: 
Experience in Personnel/ Purchase/ Finance/ Administration/ Academic in a Educational / Research Institute/ Government/ Autonomous body.

3. Assistant Registrar

No. of Post: 2 (Category: ST-1 & UR -1)

Age Limit: 50 years with relaxation as per Rules for SC, ST, OBC and PWD
Classification: Group – A

Pay: 7th CPC Pay Matrix: Pay Matrix Level -10


Education  qualifications:
Post Graduate degree with 55% , five years experience in educational administration or comparable experience in research establishment and other institution of higher education or 5 years of administrative experience in the pay scale of Rs.6500-200-10500

Desirable: Experience in Personnel/ Purchase/ Finance/ Administration/ Academic in Government/ Educational Institute will be preferred.

Rs. 1,000/- for General, OBC, EWS category and Rs. 500/- for SC/ ST/ PWD (Divyang)/ candidates. Fee must be submitted through Online Mode only
