Vacancy details for MSSV, Nagaon Recruitment 2019

Age limit : 
Should not be more than 38 years as on 01.01.2019 with the relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST/PWD Candidate and 3 years for OBC /MOBC candidates.

Post Name: Assistant Professor

Subject-wise vacancies: 

• Assamese, 
• Social Work and 
• Sociology.

Pay: Consolidated Rs 30,000.00 p.m.

Educational Qualification: 

• Post Graduate with 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) in the relevant subject from an Indian University.
• National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC, CSIR or similar test accredited by the UGC like SLET/SET or Ph.D. Degree (under the new regulation of UGC).
• Candidates with NET and Ph.D. shall be given preference.

Application Fee: 
Rs. 2,000.00 (Rupees two thousand) only for teaching post by demand draft in favour of “REGISTRAR, MAHAPURUSHA SRIMANTA SANKARADEVA VISWAVIDYALAYA” payable at “State Bank of India, Nagaon Main Branch (IFSC: SBIN0000146)” or Cash at Accounts Branch of the University as an application fee for the post.
