Post Name: Specialist Officer (Assistant Manager)No of positions: 25
(UR-13, OBC-8, SC-1, ST-1) (PWD-1) in (General Steam - 24, Hindi-01)
Age limit: Minimum 21 years and maximum of 30 years as on 21-08-2019. Relaxation in ages as per rules.,
Pay: Rs. 32795-62315
Educational Qualification:
Graduates in Engineering/ Finance/ Commerce/ Law/ Information Technology, etc. with at least 60% marks for General and OBC candidates and at least 55% marks for SC/ST candidates.
After a process of mergers among Indian insurance companies, four companies were left as fully owned subsidiary companies of GIC
- National Insurance Company Limited
- The New India Assurance Company Limited
- The Oriental Insurance Company Limited
- United India Insurance Company Limited
Selection Process:
The selection for the above post shall be on the basis of shortlisting of the candidates based on Written Test and performance in Group Discussion and interview. The total marks for Written Test, Group Discussion and Interview will be 200.

Rs.500/- (plus GST @18%) to be paid online. No fee from SC/ST/PH/ Employee of GIC.
