No of Positions:- 9
Age limit: Maximum 38 years as on 01/01/2019 with relaxation years to SC/ST/PWD candidates as per Govt. rules.

• Assamese: 1 (UR)
• Economics: 2 (OBC/MOBC-1)Spl. Econometrics will be preferred. ST (H)
• Education: 2 Posts (OBC/MOBC -1,ST (P)-1)
• English: 3 Posts (UR-1,SC-1, ST (P)-1)
• Political Science: 1 Post (OBC/MOBC)

Pay Scale : Rs. 57,700/- to 82400/- with allowances as per rule.

Educational Qualification:

(i) Good Academic record with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade point at the Master Degree level (ii) Candidates must have cleared NET/SLET/SET

(iii) Candidates who have been awarded a Ph.D., a degree in accordance with the UGC Regulations, 2009 shall be exempted from the requirement of NET/SLET/SET Relaxation of may be provided at the Graduate Or

Master’s level for SC/ST/Differently abled categories without including any grace mark (v) Relaxation of 5% may be provided from 55% to 50% of marks to the D. degree holders who Obtained Master degree prior to September 19, 1991.
