The applicants must submit their application in a Standard Form of Application published in the Assam Gazette Part-IX with self-attested photocopies of all testimonials THROUGH PROPER CHANNEL ONLY. The testimonials must necessarily contain NOC from his/her current employer, copies of ACR for 5 (five) years, Service Book and other relevant documents. Candidates have to furnish I(one) self-addressed envelope affixing a postal stamp of Rs. 5 (Five) only along with.

(a) The date, venue and time of Interview/Viva-voce shall be intimated to the candidate
in due course via call-letter and list of candidate will be published in the office Notice Board and in the official website of District Judiciary, Golaghat (http://golaghatjudiciary.gov.in/)

(b) In case of non-receipt of call letters for the interview/Viva voce, the candidates may inform the undersigned in writing and/or may obtain the call letter from the office of the undersigned before the interview/viva voce.

(c) Canvassing by any means will immediately lead to the rejection of candidature.
(d) The office of the undersigned reserves the right to alter/modify or change any of the terms and conditions including selection criteria etc. mentioned in the advertisement.

(e) The admission of candidates at all stages of the selection process will be purely provisional and subject to their satisfying the prescribed eligibility conditions by way of furnishing documentary evidence in support thereof. If on verification at any time before or after the selection process, it is found that a candidate does not fulfill any of the eligibility conditions, his/her candidature shall stand canceled. Mere calling of candidates to the interview/Viva-voce does not necessarily mean acceptance of candidature.
