Should not exceed 38 years as on 01.01.2019 (relaxable up to 5 years for ST(H) / PWD). 

Education Qualification : Latest UGC norms with NET/SLET/SET or M.Phil degree on or before 10.07.2009 or Ph.D. degree in accordance with the UGC regulation 2009 (excluding the candidate obtained M.Phil /Ph.D. degree from off-campus center).

The candidate must have a Permanent Residential Certificate and must know Local Languages.
