Applications are invited by AUIIP Assam for Recruitment 2019 of 9 posts Program Manager/Asst. Project Officer/Environmental Specialist. Applications are invited for contractual positions in the Project Management Unit (PMU-Guwahati) and Project Implementation Unit (PIU-Dibrugarh) of the Assam Urban Infrastructure Investment Program (AUIIP) financed by the Asian Development Bank (ADB) for an initial period of 11 months which may be extended. AUIIP Assam Recruitment 2019 vacancy details :
1. Post Name: PROGRAM MANAGER
No. of position: 1
Location of unit: Project Management Unit at Guwahati, AUIIP
.
Age limit: Maximum 60 years.
Educational qualification:
B.E. / B. Tech Graduate in Civil Engineering from any recognized University or AICTE affiliated Institution with Post Graduate degree in Construction Management or
Degree/Diploma in Project Management.
Experience:
Minimum 12 years of total professional experience out of which at least 08 years of experience in a multi-sector public/ engineering project is desired. Candidates having experience in project/program management in externally funded projects will have an added advantage.
Remuneration : 1.00 lakh– 1.60 lakh per month.
2. Post Name: ADDITIONAL PROGRAM MANAGER
No. of position : 1
Location of unit: Project Management Unit at Guwahati, AUIIP.

Age limit: Maximum 60 years.
Educational qualification:
B.E. / B. Tech Graduate in Civil Engineering from any recognized University or AICTE affiliated Institution. Candidates having Post Graduate degree in Civil Engineering from any recognized University or AICTE affiliated Institution would have an added advantage.
Experience:
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in the supervision of civil works. Experience in water-supply or sewerage or sanitation is desired.
Remuneration: Rs. 0.70 lakh to 1.20 lakh per month.
3.Post Name: ENVIRONMENTAL SPECIALIST
No. of position : 1
Location of unit: Project Implementation Unit at Dibrugarh, AUIIP.
Age limit: Maximum 45 years.
Educational qualification:
Graduate in Environmental Science/ Environmental Engineering/ Civil Engineering from any recognized University or AICTE affiliated Institution with more than 60% or equivalent marks. Or, Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Ecology and Environment/ Environmental Science. In the case of Civil Engineering Graduate, Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Ecology and Environment/ Environmental Science is a must.
Experience: Minimum 6 years of professional experience with at least 04 years of experience as an Environmental Expert is desired. Working Experience in any externally aided project would be an added advantage.
Remuneration: Rs. 0.50 lakh to Rs 1.00 lakh per month.
4. Post Name: ASSISTANT PROJECT OFFICER (TECHNICAL)
No. of position 3
Location of unit: 2 for Project Implementation Unit at Guwahati, AUIIP & 1 for Project Implementation Unit at Dibrugarh, AUIIP
Age limit: Maximum 45 years.
Educational qualification:
B.E./ B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering from any recognized University or AICTE affiliated Institution with more than 60% or equivalent marks.
Experience: 03 years of experience and for Diploma minimum of 5 years of experience in supervision of works related to water supply or sewerage or sanitation is desired.
Remuneration: Rs. 0.30 lakh to Rs.0.50 lakh per month
5.Post Name: SENIOR CONTRACT MANAGEMENT & PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST
No. of position: 1
Location of unit: Project Management Unit at Guwahati, AUIIP.
Age limit: Maximum 60 years.
Educational Qualification:
B.E./ B.Tech in Civil Engineering from any recognized University or AICTE affiliated Institution.
Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience in procurement and contract management out of which minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement and contract management in any externally aided project is
desired.
Remuneration: Rs. 1.50 lakh to Rs 2.00 lakh per month.
6. Post Name: PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE
No. of position: 2
Location of unit: Project Management Unit at Guwahati, AUIIP.

Age limit: Maximum 45 years.
Educational Qualification:
B.E./ B.Tech in Engineering from any recognized University or AICTE affiliated
An institution with more than 60% or equivalent marks.
Experience:
4 years of experience in supporting procurement related functions. Preference will be given to candidates who have procurement experience in any externally aided project.
Remuneration : Rs. 0.50 lakh to Rs 0.80 lakh per month.
