It is for the general information of the candidates who applied for the recruitment to fill up 4 posts of Driver under the Office of the Assam Prison Headquarters, Khanapara, Guwahati in response to the advertisement issued on 15-11-2017 by the Inspector General of Prisons, Assam, Khanapara, Guwahati. The candidates who were found eligible and issued call letters to appear in the Written Test on 18-02-2018 at the College of Veterinary Science, Khanapara, Guwahati (but it was postponed), their Mobile Number were collected through their local Police Stations as same are required to digitalize so as to send all subsequent information for recruitment process through the said mobile number. However, the Mobile numbers of the candidates as shown in the list attached as Annexure-A could not be collected as they were not found at their given address.

The candidates shown in Annexure-A are requested to furnish valid Mobile Number along with their Roll Number allotted individually to them by the Prisons Department, Assam to the Chairman, State Level Police Recruitment Board, Assam, Guwahati through the email id slprbassam@gmail.com or personally come to the SLPRB Office on any working day during office hours within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of uploading of this notice in our website.

The mobile number so furnished must not be changed and kept activated until the recruitment process is over.
