NFSM Recruitment 2019 vacancy details :

1. Post Name : Consultant
No of positionns: 1

Basic qualification & Experience:

1) Bachelor degree in Agriculture with a Master degree in Agronomy /Agril Extension) Soil Science plant protection or any Other agricultural subject, having at least 10 years of field experience In Crop production extension. In the case of departmental experienced personals, qualification may be relaxed by DFSMEC.

2) The person should have the ability Of team leadership & motivation

Salary per month: 
Rs.45,000.00+ Conveyance allowance Travelling Allowances Rs. 2000). per month + Daily
Allowance @ Rs 200/- per day for 10 days in a month as per annexure -l (a) Operational Guideline, 2018-19 as per state rules.

2. Post Name: Technical Assistant
No. of positions: 2

Basic qualification & Experience:

Bachelor degree in Agriculture with computer Skills In case Of non-availability, of agriculture graduates candidates with a bachelor degree in science may be considered a with of research and the extension will be given preference.

Salary per month: 30,000/- + Conveyance allowance, Traveling allowances @Rs. 1500 permonth+ Daily allowance Rs. 150/-per day 10 days in a month as per annexure -l (a) Operational Guideline, 2018-19 as per state rules.

Duties & Responsibilities:

District Consultant :

1)Liasoning with KVK and Other Agricultural Research Organisations located in the district.

2) Collection & maintenance of basic Agricultural and Allied statistics of the district.

3)Planning and Supervising. conduction of field demonstration and FFS and reporting yield, weather data to the State Mission Director/Stale Consultant

4) Development of Technical / Extension material for farmers in consultation with District Agricultural Officer the Stale Consultant.

5) Addressing the input requirement of the district for NFSM program.

6) Training Of District extension staff in improved crop production practices with an emphasis on mandated crops.

7) Analysis and documentation Of the contribution Of various interventions under cluster demonstration and success stories.

8) To implement the DBT for all NFSM Crops in the district.

Technical Assistant:

a)Conduction of field demonstration with the help Of Panchayat level field extension functionaries.

b)Assisting consultant in performance of duties assigned to them at State/District level.
c)Monitoring, Of crop condition major incidence of insect pest. nutrient deficiency and reporting to the District consultant.

d) To implement the OBT for all NFSM Crops at the district level.

Other Conditions:

1) The appointment would be on contractual basis for three months period Extension of job tenure Of incumbent is subject to Satisfactory performance
2) The applicant with working experience in NFSM program would get preference
3) Other conditions wilt be per NFSM guidelines.
