1. Junior Assistant
No. of positions: 02 (Un-reserved)

Directorate of Museum Assam Guwahati.
District Museum, under the Directorate of Museums, Assam Guwahati
Scale of pay: 14000 to 49000 + GP-Rs.6,200/- per month.

Eligibility criteria:

Education Qualification:
Bachelor degree from a recognized University.

Professional Qualification:
Minimum 6 months diploma in Computer Application (MS Word, Excel, RPT, Internet, PageMaker, etc. Knowledge of DTP in both English and Assamese.

2. Booking Assistant
No. of positions: 01 (Un-reserved)

Scale Of pay: 14000 to 49000 + GP-Rs.6,200/- per month.
Place of posting: Directorate of Museum Assam Guwahati.


Eligibility criteria:
12th Passed from State/ Central educational Board/ Council.

Professional Qualification: Computer Diploma.

Directorate of Museums Assam Recruitment 2019 Selection Criteria 

The successful candidates of the written test will be called for the Computer proficiency test.
Original documents are to be produced at the time of Computer test. Canvassing in any form will disqualify the candidature Of an applicant. The decision of the Selection Committee will be final in all respect. There will be no Viva-Voce Interview.

a. Self-attested copies of HSLC Admit card for age proof, all the educational qualifications,
caste certificate, and valid employment Registration card and PRC (for General Category)
