1. Project Manager – Digital FinanceNo of positions: 1
Salary: Rs. 49,000/-
Educational Qualification:
Post-Graduate degree in Rural Development, Social Work or MBA (Finance/Marketing & Supply Chain Management)
Experience :
Minimum 5 years post qualification experience in the related sector with experience of design, planning and working in large scale projects of government /non- government organization at state/ national Level
2. Project Manager – Value Chain and Forward Linkage
No of positions: 1
Salary: Rs. 49,000/-
Educational Qualification:
Post-Graduate degree in Agri-business management/ Rural Management/ Rural Marketing or MBA in Marketing from a reputed university/ institute. Candidate with PG in agriculture or veterinary science.
Experience :
Minimum 5 years post qualification experience in the handling value chain development/ market linkage for agriculture produce/ procurement, marketing, and supply of specific Agri commodity in large scale.
3. Project Manager – Enterprise Promotion (Non-Farm)
No of positions: 1
Salary: Rs. 49,000/-
Educational Qualification:
MBA in Finance/Rural Management/Marketing from an institution of repute or CA or ICWA .
Experience :
Minimum 5 years post qualification experience working on sales/ marketing support to clusters/micro and small enterprises.
4. Young Professional
No of positions: 20
Salary: 25,000/-
Educational Qualification:
Post-Graduate degree in Rural Development Management, Master in Social work .0-2 years post qualification experience.
5. Block Coordinator-Financial Inclusion
No of positions: 20
Salary: Rs. 21,560/-
Educational Qualification:
Post-graduate degree in rural Development management/ Social Work/ Financial
Management. 1 + years of experience in relevant field
6. Block Coordinator- Forward Linkage
No of positions: 20
Salary: Rs. 21,560/-
Educational Qualification:
Graduate degree in Agri. Science/ Forestry/ Rural Development/ Rural Management, social sciences .
Experience :
1+ years of relevant experience, preferably in procurement, marketing and managing the supply chain of specific agri-commodity on large scale.
7. Block Coordinator-Non-farm
No of positions: 20
Salary: Rs. 21,560/-
Educational Qualification:
Graduate degree in management/ commerce/ engineering.. Experience :
1 + years Of relevant preferably working in non-farm livelihoods promotion or in a business organization preferably in rural-based value chains.

ASRLM Recruitment 2019 Application Groups :
Candidates should note that for each of the following groups of posts, he/she can apply for only one post within that group.
Group I – Project Manager- Digital Finance, Project Manager- Value Chain and Forward Linkage, project Manager- Enterprise Promotion (Non-Farm)
Group II – Block Coordinator-Financial Inclusion, Block Coordinator- Forward Linkage, Block Coordinator-Non-farm

Selection Process for ASRLM Recruitment 2019 :
Those candidates who qualify in the written test will be shortlisted and called for document verification on a later date. Candidates who failed to submit required documents during the time of verification or do not possess the required qualification or experience, their application will be rejected even if they qualify in written test and no further communication will be entertained from them. Candidates are, therefore, advised to ensure their own eligibility before applying for a particular post.
