Post Name : Accounts Assistant

Total Positions : 01

Education Qualification: 
Graduate  with  Computer  knowledge

Salary : Rs. 20,000/- per month

The applications should reach to the undersigned on or before 12-06-2019 accompanied with all testimonials Candidates will have to appear for oral interview (Viva-Voce) at their own expenses as and when called for.

Terms & Conditions for candidates

• Candidates must be an Indian Citizen,
• Candidates must be a Graduate from any Govt. /recognized institution.
• Candidates must not be less than 18, years or not more than 43 years Of age as on
• 01.01.2019. The relaxation Of age as per Govt., Rules: SC-5 years, ST- 5 years and OBC-3 years.
• Candidates having proficiency in Basic Computer Applications like MS Office, Tally and
• Internet etc shall be given preference. Further, candidates having prior work experience shall be given preference.
• A self-addressed envelope Of 9-inch x 4-inch size affixing postal stamp Of Rs. 5.00 (five) must be enclosed with the application. Candidates are also requested to mention their mobile no and email id in the application form.
• The last date of receipt of application on or before 12.06.2019. NO application will be entertained after the last date.
• No TA/DA will be admissible to the candidates for attending the recruitment process.
• Application received late or without proper supporting documents and unsigned and incomplete will be summarily rejected.

Selection Process : 

The Candidates applying for the post of Account Assistant will be selected on the basis Of

a viva- voce, date of which will be notified in due course.

Accounts Assistant (Contractual): for a period of 1 (one) year from the date of signing the contract, which will automatically stand terminated after the expiry Of the contract period of one year. The said contract may, however, be extended for a further period not exceeding one year at a time subject to the approval of the Hon’ble Chairman of Assam  State Legal Service Authority, if the need arise).
