Relaxation in Age : 
Relaxable for SC/ST/OBC, Employees of Government of India, employees of EPFO and Persons with Disability as per rules

Pay scale for EPFO Assistant : 
Level- 7 of Pay Matrix (Civilian employees) under 7th Pay Commission with Entry Pay Rs. 44,900/-. In addition to Pay they will also be eligible for DA, HRA and Transport Allowance and other allowances as per rules in force from time to time.

Required Educational Qualification for EPFO Assistant :

Degree from a recognized university, as on the closing date for online registration of application.

Application Fee for EPFO Assistant: 

•  All other categories: Rs. 500/-
• SC/ST/PWD/ Departmental Candidates, Female/EWS): Rs. 250/-

The payment can be made by using Debit Cards (RuPay/Visa/MasterCard /Maestro), Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets.

Pre - requirement Before Apply Online :

1.  Before applying online, candidates should scan their:

• Photograph (4.5cm × 3.5cm)
• Signature (with black ink) [CAPITAL LETTERS will NOT be accepted.}
• Left thumb impression (on white paper with black or blue ink)
• A hand written declaration (on a white paper with black ink) (text given below) ensuring that the all these scanned documents adhere to the  required specifications as given in Para 4.II of this Notice.

2. The left thumb impression should be properly scanned and not smudged. (If a
candidate is not having left thumb, he/she may use his/ her right thumb for
applying.)

3. The text for the hand written declaration is as follows –

“I, _______ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”

4.  The above mentioned hand written declaration has to be in the candidate’s hand writing and in English only. If it is written and uploaded by anybody else or in any other language, the application will be considered as invalid. (In the case of Visually Impaired candidates who cannot write may get the text of declaration typed and put their left hand thumb impression below the typed declaration and upload the document as per specifications.)

5. Keep the necessary details/documents ready to make Online Payment of the
requisite application fee/ intimation charges.

6. Have a valid personal email ID and mobile no., which should be kept active till
the completion of this Recruitment Process. EPFO may send intimation to download call letters for the Examination etc. through the registered e-mail ID. In case a candidate does not have a valid personal e-mail ID, he/she should create his/her new e-mail ID and mobile no. before applying on-line and must maintain that email account and mobile number. 

How to EPFO Assistant Online Apply 2019

All eligible Candidates to go to the EPFO website www.epfindia.gov.in or https://www.epfindia.gov.in/site_en/index.php and click on the option "APPLY ONLINE FOR RECRUITMENT TO THE POST OF ASSISTANT-2019 IN EPFO" which will open a new screen. fill the details in the screen & Submit the Application Form.Candidates can apply online upto 25-06-2019 and no other mode of application will be accepted.

EPFO Assistant Selection Process :

EPFO Assistant Selection will be done on the basis of Objective Type Exam, which will be held on 30 and 31 July 2019. The call for Assistant Prelims exam can be downloaded from the official website from 20 July to 30 July 2019.

Important Dates:

• Online Registration of Application: 30th May, 2019 to 25th June, 2019
• Downloading of Call Letters: 20th July, 2019 to 30th July, 2019
• Preliminary Examination (Phase-I) dates: 30th July, 2019 and 31st July, 2019
• Main Examination (Phase-II):  Call letters will be sent after declaration of result of Preliminary Examination (Phase-I).
