Total no of posts: 02
Required Educational Qualification: Full time Engineering Degree. Executive experience of maintenance, operation and production of Cement Manufacturing Unit.

2. Dy. General Manager [Projects] 
Total no of posts: 01 Required Educational Qualification: Full time Engineering Degree. Executive Experience in project planning. implementation and coordination of large size modern Cement Project at senior management level. 

3. Dy. General Manager [Operations]
Total no of posts: 01
Required Educational Qualification: Full time Engineering Degree in Chemical or Mechanical. Executive experience of maintenance, operation and production of Cement Manufacturing Unit. 

4. Sr. Manager [Finance & Accounts] 
Total no of posts: 01 
Required Educational Qualification: CA/ICWA/ Full time 2 years MBA (Finance). Executive experience in Finance and Accounts in manufacturing based company.

5. Manager [Mining]
Total no of posts: 02
Required Educational Qualification: Engineering Degree in  Mining with First Class Managers Certificate of Competency under MMR-1961. Executive experience in quarry management in open cast mechanized mines.

6. Manager [HR]

Required Educational Qualification:Full time 2 years MBA/PG Diploma/MSW in HR / Personnel Management/ Labour Welfare/IR. Executive experience in HR, Industrial Relations, Welfare, Labour Laws. Administrative Functions in manufacturing Units / PSU.

Required Educational Qualification: CA/ICWA/ Full time 2 years MBA (Finance). Executive experience in Finance and Accounts in manufacturing based company.

8. Dy. Manager [Mechanical]

Required Educational Qualification: Engineering Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Executive experience in erection, commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting of plant & machinery in Cement industry.

Required Educational Qualification: Engineering Degree in Chemical Engineering or M.Sc** with Chemistry. Executive experience in production, quality control, fuel efficiency, pyro processing preferably in dry process cement plant.

10. Dy. Manager [Instrumentation]

Educational Qualification: Engineering Degree in Electronics & instrumentation or Instrumentation. Executive experience of process instrumentation & Computer/Microprocessor based process control systems, programming, operation & trouble shooting, automation of Modern Cement Plant.
