Educational Qualification:
Post Graduation in domain relevant to the position. Preference to those having additional relevant qualification. Minimum percentage of marks: 55%

Post Qualification Experience (as on 01.04.2018) :
Minimum 3 years of teaching experience (Preferably in Executive Education domain)

2.Faculty, SBICB, Hyderabad (Marketing)
No of posts: 2

Educational Qualification:
MBA in relevant area (Preferably Marketing as major subject) Minimum percentage of marks: 55%

Post Qualification Experience (as on 01.04.2018) :
Minimum 3 years of teaching experience (Preferably in marketing domain)

3. Faculty, SBICRM, Gurugram, Haryana (Credit/Risk Management/ International Banking)
No of posts: 2
Educational Qualification: Post Graduation in domain relevant to the position

Post Qualification Experience (as on 01.04.2018) :
Minimum 3 years of teaching experience (Preferably in relevant domain)

4. Marketing Executive SBIL Kolkata

Educational Qualification:
MBA or 2 years Post Graduation Diploma in the discipline of marketing Minimum percentage of marks: 55%

Post Qualification Experience (as on 01.04.2018) :
Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing (Preference will be given to those having experience in marketing of Executive education programmes)

Selection Process for State Bank of India Specialist Cadre Officers Recruitment 2019

The selection will be based on shortlisting and interview. Besides,there will be a Demo Session on a given topic after interview for the post of Faculty, SBIL Kolkata (Executive Education)/ SBICB Hyderabad (Marketing)/ SBICRM, Gurugram, Haryana (Credit/Risk Management/ International Banking).
Interview: Mere fulfilling minimum qualification and experience will not vest any right in candidate for being called for interview. The Shortlisting Committee constituted by the Bank will decide the shortlisting parameters and thereafter, adequate number of candidates, as decided by the Bank will be shortlisted and called for interview. The decision of the bank to call the candidates for the interview shall be final. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
Merit List: Merit list for selection will be prepared in descending order on the basis of scores obtained in interview only. In case more than one candidate score the cut-off marks (common marks at cutoff point), such candidates will be ranked according to their age in descending order, in the merit.

Application fees and Intimation Charges (Non-refundable) is 600/- (Six Hundred only) for General/ OBC candidates and 100/- (One hundred only) for SC/ST/PWD candidates.
