Elementary Education Department ,Assam Government has started a Mutual Transfer Services Online for Teacher who has been working with the Department of Elementary Education, Sarba Siksha Abhiyan & State Pool in Assam . Mutual Transfer for the Teacher working under DEE,Assam and SSA,Assam for 2018-2019 Online Application starts from 15-03-2019 to 30-03-2019.

Mutual Transfer for the Teacher working under DEE,Assam and SSA,Assam for 2018-2019 Notification : 

The official notification as follows :-

It is for general information to all concerned that the Elementary Education Department has adopted the system of Online Mutual Transfer of Services of Assistant Teachers working under the Department of Elementary Education Assam, Sarba Siksha Abhiyan Assam & State Pool. Now the working Assistant Teachers can submit their online application for Mutual Transfer of their services.

The Online Application for Mutual Transfer will be received from 15.03.2019 to midnight of 30.03.2019. Intending Teachers can submit their online Application as per procedure laid down in the notification and user manual/ Instructional Manual which is available on the official website www.ssa.assam.gov.in . All the interested working teachers are requested to go through the notification and user manual/ Instructional Manual in detail before submission of the Online Application. No Offline Application will be accepted in this regard.

As mentioned only online application for mutual transfer will start from 15.03.2019. 

Who Can Apply Mutual Transfer for the Teacher working under DEE,Assam and SSA,Assam for 2018-2019 : 

Both SSA Contractual,STATE POOL & Regular Assistant Teachers can apply Online for it. Both Intra & Inter District Mutual Transfers among Regular Teachers & SSA Contractual, State Pool Teacher will be conducted other than 6th Schedule areas.

Candidate have to enter 13 digit HRMIS Teacher code to get the password for log in.

➧ First of all, You have to visit here http://103.219.61.14/mutualweb/login.aspx.
➧ Enter 13 digit HRMIS teacher code
➧ And click send Password to my HRMIS registered mobile.
➧ Now, Candiadate will get an SMS at your HRMIS registered mobile number.
➧ Next, enter 13-digit HRMIS teacher code & Password to login.
➧ Then Candidate will see the application form of Mutual transfer.
