Offline Applications are invited from the Indian Citizen in the prescribed Standard Form as published in Assam Gazette Part- IX from the intending candidates for filling up of the following eligible vacant Grade-III & Grade-IV sanctioned posts under the Directorate of Archaeology, Assam, Ambari, Guwahati-781001 . 

Directorate Of Archaeology,Guwahati Assam Recruitment 2019 vacancy  details :

Age limit : Age of the candidates shall not be less than 18 years or more than 44 years as on 01.01.2019 (as per O.M. vide No.ABP.6/2016/8 dated 18th April. 2018). The upper age limit is relaxable by 

(i) 3 years for OBC/MOBC candidates and 5 years for SC/ST candidates.
(ii) For Persons with Disabilities (PWD) by 10 years irrespective of SC/ST/OBC/MOBC and General Category, of candidates as per Govt. Notification No. ABP144195/121 dated Dispur the 28th October, 2016. 

1. Vacant Post: Field Surveyor
Total no of posts: 1
Pay: PB- 2 Rs.14000/- to 49,000/- with Grade pay Rs.6.800/-

Required Educational Qualification: 

Passed H.S.L.C or equivalent examination with 1 year Certificate Course in Surveyor from a Govt. recognized institution. 

2. Vacant Post: Assistant Chemist
Total no of posts: 1
Pay: PB- 2 Rs.14000/- to 49,000/- with Grade pay Rs.6200/-

Required Educational Qualification: 

Passed H.S.(Science) or equivalent examination with Chemistry as one of the subject from a Govt. recognized Institution. 

3. Vacant Post:  Monument Attendant 
Total no of posts: 3
Pay: PB- 1 Rs.12000/- to 37,500/- with Grade pay Rs.3900/-

Required Educational Qualification: 

Passed Class VIII or its equivalent examination from a Govt. recognized Institution.

The Candidates must have registered their names in the Employment Exchange and Registration No, and Date must be mentioned In their application.
