A Walk-in-Interview will be held on 04/04/2019 from 11:00 a.m. onwards in ‘Chintan’ the Conference Hall of the Administrative Building, D.U. for the following post(s) of Sr. Instructor

(Contractual), at Dibrugarh University Institute of Engineering and Technology.

1. Department :  Department: Electronics & Communication Engineering

• Vacant post Name :  Sr. Instructor
• Total No. of post : (02) posts
• Engagement Basis :  On Contractual
• Essential Qualification: 03 years Diploma in the appropriate branch of Engineering & Technology from any Institute recognized by SCTE, Assam or B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering recognized by AICTE.
• Salary: Rs.11,100/- p.m. (consolidated)

2. Department: Computer Science & Engineering

• Vacant post Name : Sr. Instructor 
• Total No. of post: (01) post 
• Engagement Basis : On contractual
• Essential Qualification: 03 years Diploma in the appropriate branch of Engineering & Technology from any Institute recognized by SCTE, Assam or B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering recognized by AICTE.
• Salary: Rs.11,100/- p.m. (consolidated)

General Instructions to the Candidates:

• The appointment shall be on contractual basis and purely temporary. The selected candidates shall have no claim for regular appointment in the University against any permanent post by virtue of this appointment. The service to the post is terminable with a short notice of 7(seven) days.

• Candidates must bring all the original and self-attested copies of certificates and mark-sheets from matriculation (10th standard) onwards in support of their qualifications and experiences, with the application.

• The candidates shall have to register their names by depositing Rs.100/-(Rupees One Hundred only) as Registration Fee at the Venue on the day of interview on or before 11:00 a.m.

• Age Relaxation shall be as per Govt. rule.

• No TA/DA shall be admissible to the candidates for attending the walk in interview.
