ASTU Recruitment 2018 Examination Notice
Examination Date : 09-03-2019
This is for general information of all the candidates who applied for the post of “Administrative Assistant, Secretary to the Vice Chancellor, Assistant Accountant- (Advt No: 17/2018)” & Junior Assistant / Office Assistant(women) (Advt No : 20/2018) that the Written Test Examination will be held on 09-3-2019 (Saturday) (9th March, 2019) at Assam Engineering Institute, M.D. Road, Chandmari, Guwahati, Assam781003.
Hard copies of the admit card have already been dispatched by speed post.
Schedule of examination:
1. Administrative Assistant (written examination):- 09:00 A.M to 10:00 A.M.
2. Secretary to the Vice-Chancellor (written examination):- 10:30 A.M to 11:30 A.M.
3. Assistant Accountant (written examination):- 12 Noon to 01:00 P.M.
4. Junior Assistant / Office Assistant (women) (written examination): - 01:30 P.M to 2:30 P.M.
Candidate not receiving the Admit Card by post can come to the examination venue with a print out of the Accepted list of candidate (available in the university website) with an original photo ID proof.
