Applications in standard form are invited from the citizens of India, as defined under Andes 5 & 6 of the Constitution of India, having registered of Employment Exchange in Assam for filling up the following post under the establishment of the Presiding Officer/Member, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Dhubri.

Age Limit : Not less than 18 years and not more than 44 years of age as on 01-01-2019. For SC/ST candidates there will be five years relaxation for submission of application.
Pay: Rs 12,000/ to Rs. 37,500/- + G.Pay Rs. 3,900/-and other allowances as admissible under Rules.
Educational Qualification: The candidate must have minimum educational qualification of H.S.L.C. passed.
Selection Process: List of eligible candidates alongwith specific date of interview (Viva-Voce only) shall be notified in the official wesite of Dhubri District Judiciary (www.dhubrijudiciary.gov.in) as well as in the notice board of the office of the Presiding Officer/Member, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Dhubri in due course. The eligible candidates shall be required to appear for their interview (Viva-Voce only) accordingly in the venue to be notified in the notice board/website.
How to apply:
Application must be accompanied with attested copies of all relevant documents/testimonials in support the educational and other qualifications including experience certificates. Three (3) copies of duly signed recent passport size photographs should invariably be enclosed with applications.Candidates in service should apply through proper channel with NOC from their employer.
Last date of receipt of applications is within 20 (twenty) days from the date of publication of advertisement [07/02/2019] in the newspaper.
The applications should be addressed to the Presiding Officer/Member, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Dhubri. All the Applications shall submit 2 (two) nos. of envelop affixing postal stamp @ Rs. 5/- ( Rupees Five) only in each envelop alongwith their sett address.
