In pursuance of Elementary Education Department, Govt. of Assam letter vide No. PMA.160/2018/Pt/26 Dated 09/01/2019 and Secondary Education Department's Notifiaction vide No ASE.675/2013/196 Dated 05/01/2019. it is for information of all concerned that considering the difference in the structure ,content ,pattern and syllabus of Teachers' Eligibility Test (TET) between the Madrasa Education under Secondary Education Department and General Teachers' Eligibility Test (TET) under of Elementary Education Department,; the Madrasa TET qualified candidates will not be eligible for the posts of teacher under the Directorate of Elementary Education Assam and the 1st clause (The Madrassa TET (Pre-Senior Section) qualified candidates having all other required qualifications will be eligible for applying to the post of Assistant Teacher, Hindi Teacher, Arabic Teacher and Science Teacher in UP Schools) mentioned in the Addendum-2 vide No..EAA/SIU/125/2018/177 Dated 03/11/2018 is hereby cancelled by Elementary Education Assam.
